George Gibson is a born advocate who chose law at an early age. He was challenged by the need to earn his way into the profession and enthralled by the drama of the courtroom. His passions have only grown stronger since joining Nathan Sommers Gibson Dillon in 1998.
George has extensive trial and litigation experience in all aspects of winning commercial cases, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, declaratory judgment, negligence, defamation, civil rights and disputes regarding trusts, estates and probate. George represents shareholders, partners, members, directors, officers, trustees, executors, beneficiaries, individuals and entities regarding purchase and sale agreements, breaches of contract, usurpation, negligence, malfeasance, acquisitions, dissolutions, encroachments, boundaries, land use, restrictive covenants, easements, title insurance, liens, condominiums, municipal utility districts, construction, financing, workouts and debt restructuring, landlord/tenant disputes and civil rights.
George is the head of Nathan Sommers Gibson Dillon’s litigation section. He utilizes his passion to push himself and his team to achieve the best possible result for every client. When out of trial, George enjoys his time with his wife Nicole and their three children, and frequently coaches their youth sports teams.
